Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 to 2 tsp. seasoning salt
Preparation
    Drain pineapple well.
    Reserve 1/2 to 3/4 cup nuts.
    Combine all other ingredients.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Shape into ball or log.
    Roll in remaining nuts.
    Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with crackers of your choice.
