German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cut in quarters
    3 slices bacon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salted water 20 minutes. Drain. Fry bacon. Set aside. Mix into the bacon drippings the flour, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper. Cook until just beginning to bubble. Add water and vinegar. Heat to boiling (1 minute). Crumble in bacon and add potatoes. Stir and serve.
