Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. cooked bacon
    1/2 c. char siu pork
    1/2 c. scallions, chopped
    4 c. cold cooked rice
    chopped vegetables (celery, mushrooms, water chestnuts and broccoli)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat 1/2 the oil in wok.
    Scramble eggs.
    Remove from pan. Add rest of oil.
    Fry meat and scallions.
    After a few minutes, add rice and vegetables, stirring constantly.
    Pour in the rest of ingredients and add eggs.
    Heat and serve.
