Apple Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 stick margarine, melted
    cinnamon powder
    1 egg
Preparation
    Place the apples into a greased 6 x 9-inch oblong baking dish. In a mixing bowl, sift the flour; add baking powder, sugar and salt.
    Mix an egg into these dry ingredients until crumbly.
    Pour the crumbly mixture evenly on top of apples.
    Pour the melted margarine evenly over the dry crumbs.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes (until golden brown).
