Mushroom Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck/round steak, cut into separate pieces
    1 pkg. Lipton beef flavor mushroom mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place meat on 2 sheets heavy-duty foil and sprinkle both sides with mushroom mix.
    Wrap loosely in foil; seal in edges airtight with double foil.
    Place in shallow baking pan and bake for 1 hour or until fork-tender.
