New Potatoes Fried Whole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 to 20 new potatoes (about the size of a golf ball)
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Do not peel the potatoes.
    Wash potatoes with a vegetable brush to remove the skin.
    Place in a large iron skillet in which you have already heated the bacon grease. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry until golden brown on all sides and potatoes are tender.
    Use medium heat, about 20 minutes.
