Easy Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 servings instant potato flakes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. dried chives
    2 Tbsp. bacon bits
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
    Stir in sour cream, chives and bacon bits.
    Spoon into 1-quart baking dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
    Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
