French Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 medium sweet potatoes
2 c. cooking oil

Preparation

Peel
and rinse
the
potatoes;
cut
into
small
thin strips longwise; dry.
In the hot cooking oil in a frypan, fry the potatoes as French fried white potatoes, 3 to 5 minutes or until a golden
brown.
Remove
and
drain
on
paper
towels. Sprinkle salt over the potatoes and serve.
Serves 6 to 8.
