Baked Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 lb. round steak (1-inch thick)
    1 can mushrooms
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Spread butter on steak.
    Sprinkle mushrooms over steak.
    Cover with soup mix.
    Wrap in 2 thicknesses of foil.
    Place in covered roaster with rack.
    Bake for 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
