Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. vegetable shortening
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Set aside.
Blend shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour to mixture.
Shape dough into balls and roll each in sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg mixture.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
