Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 oz. milk
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Melt butter; add brown sugar and cook 2 minutes.
Add milk and bring to a boil; remove from heat and cool.
Add sugar slowly, until spreading consistency.
