Super-Fast Spinach Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 lb. fresh spinach, thoroughly washed, tough stems removed, then torn into bite-sized pieces
    1 Tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar
    fresh ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large frying pan with a lid, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
    Add the garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
