Corn Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) box frozen corn or 2 c. fresh, cut off cob
1 Tbsp. chopped green chiles, chopped fine
1/2 c. green onion, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 c. fresh tomatoes, 1/4-inch dice
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lime, squeezed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil or 1 Tbsp. fresh
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

First you buy it.
Then you boil it.
Put it on a plate.
Eat with butter and salt.
Yum!
