Italian Liver And Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
dash of salt and pepper
10 oz. chicken livers, cut into chunks
3 Tbsp. buttermilk
2 tsp. butter
1 c. sliced onion
Preparation

Mix bread, cheese, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic; dip liver 1 piece at a time into buttermilk, then in crumb mixture.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Transfer liver to sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Saute sliced onion with butter until golden.
Serve with liver.
