Mayfair Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove
    1 celery stalk
    1/2 medium onion, peeled
    1 (2 oz.) can flat anchovies
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salad mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients.
    Add eggs and blend again.
    Add the next 4 ingredients, blending well.
    Then add oil very slowly, blending after each small addition of oil.
    Store in refrigerator. Serve with your favorite salad or as a veggie dip.
