Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and diced apples
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Blend oil, sugar and eggs; mix well.
    Add apples and remaining ingredients.
    Mix quickly and thoroughly.
    Place in oiled and floured 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cake is moist and requires no icing.
    Serve with whipped cream or plain.
