Italian Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box butter recipe cake mix
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 small can coconut
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Using electric mixer, beat cake mix and egg yolks; add buttermilk.
    Add vanilla, coconut and pecans.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into three 8 or 9-inch cake pans (greased) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool for frosting.
    Use Cream Cheese Frosting.
    Makes 1 cheese cake.
    Preparation time: 10 minutes.
