Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    1 can Ranch Style beans with jalapeno pepper
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Saute meat and onion.
    Add taco seasoning; mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 30 minutes.
    (I don't add the optional peppers, because it is already hot enough for my family.) Serve with corn chips, crackers or corn bread.
    This makes a big pot full.
