Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and stems removed
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2/3 c. olive or salad oil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 or 2 hard-cooked eggs (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste or 17 Seasons
Preparation
    Break spinach into bite-size pieces.
    Chill until crisp.
    Make dressing by combining bacon drippings, vinegar, garlic, oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt or 17 Seasons.
    Add pinch of sugar. Place crisp spinach in large bowl.
    Add bacon.
    Add sliced egg, if desired.
    Toss and serve.
    Serves 6 to 8.
