Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Boil and mash potatoes.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Place in greased casserole dish.
    Dot with butter; cover and refrigerate. To serve, bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, covered.
    Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until hot.
    Great when entertaining as it can be made the day before.
