My Mama'S Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
2 to 3 c. fresh fruit (peaches, apples or blueberries)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, place butter and put in oven until butter is melted.
Remove.
While butter is melting, mix together the flour, sugar and milk.
Peel and cut up fruit.
While butter is very hot, pour in liquid mixture.
Add fruit over batter.
Do not mix.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours or until browned.
