Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. butter (1 stick or 1/4 lb.)
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    3 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Cream butter; add brown sugar and whip until fluffy.
    In a large baking pan, combine popcorn.
    Mix in creamed mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven or about 8 minutes or until crisp.
    Serve warm, if desired.
    Makes 3 quarts.
