Braised Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 center cut chops
1/2 c. chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Trim all visible fat from chops.
Use one piece of fat to lightly grease a nonstick frying pan.
Brown chops over medium-high heat on both sides.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add broth.
Cover. Reduce heat to low.
Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, turning twice during this time.
