Seafood-Cucumber Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crabmeat or chopped, cooked shrimp
    1/3 c. grated peeled cucumber, drained (press moisture out between paper towels)
    2 tsp. minced chives
    1 to 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise or commercial sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and chill thoroughly.
    Yields about 1 1/2 cups.
    Double the recipe for a tea for 40 to 50.
