Mexican Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small jar sweet pickle relish
    1 (12 oz.) bottle ketchup
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    salt and red pepper to suit your taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
    Mix and mash well with potato masher.
    Cover and cook over very low flame for 2 hours, stirring frequently.
