Velveeta Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    2 (1 lb.) pkg. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. baking cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt margarine and cheese in saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently.
    Combine confectioners sugar and cocoa together.
    Add to cheese mixture, stirring to blend.
    Add vanilla and pecans; mix well.
    Pour into a 10 x 14-inch glass dish.
    Chill in refrigerator. Cut into 25 squares to serve.
