Chocolate Mousse Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1/3 c. strong boiling coffee
    1 Tbsp. Amaretto or brandy
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Put chocolate chips in blender.
    Add hot coffee and liqueur and dash of salt.
    Blend until chocolate is melted.
    Add eggs. Blend.
    Pour chocolate mixture into whipped cream.
    Blend thoroughly.
    It will be soupy.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Let set for 3 to 4 hours. Top with whipped cream or topping.
