Butterscotch Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 box light brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add sugar, mix and cool.
    Add eggs, beating well.
    Add flour, salt, vanilla, nuts and chips.
    The dough will be stiff.
    Spread in large pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    Do not overbake!
