Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. rice
1 qt. milk
1 qt. water
dash of salt
3 eggs, beaten
3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Place sugar, rice, milk, water and dash of salt in 3-quart pan;
cook until thick.
Remove from heat; stir in eggs and vanilla.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Yield: 8 servings.
