Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices dry bread
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg to taste
Preparation

Break bread into pieces. Put 1/2 in bottom of buttered baking dish. Add raisins and rest of bread. Beat eggs. Add sugar, flour and milk. Mix well. Pour over bread. Let stand 1 hour and then bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve with a sauce, if desired.
