Kugel (Jewish Noodle Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. wide noodles, boiled and drained
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    salt to taste (pinch)
    1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
    1 apple, sliced thin
    1/2 c. raisins, softened in water 1 hour
    1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until blended well. Put in a greased pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour. Serve as side dish, dessert or breakfast dish.
