Rice Torta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (dry, not cooked)
    4 eggs
    1 medium zucchini, chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 onion, chopped
    1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    2/3 c. butter
    1/4 to 1/3 c. half and half
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed on package.
    Saute onion, zucchini and parsley in butter.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Oil a 9 x 13-inch pan with olive oil.
    Pour rice mixture in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until top is golden brown.
    Cool.
    Cut into squares.
    (Will firm up as it cools.)
    Serve as appetizers or side dish.
