Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
    1 1/4 c. rice
    1 small can mushrooms, sliced
    2 cans beef consomme soup
Preparation
    Saute margarine, pepper, onion and mushrooms (chopped) in skillet or in baking dish in microwave oven. Add rice and mix. Add the cans of beef consomme.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
