Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pastry shell, uncooked
1 lb. frozen sausage meat
1 medium onion, chopped
8 oz. grated cheese, sharp Cheddar or Swiss
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. light cream
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Break up sausage meat into small pieces. Brown in skillet.
Remove and drain.
Saute onion in fat until transparent. Drain.
Combine both into uncooked pastry shell. Sprinkle cheese over all.
