Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon (red)
    3/4 c. soda crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    3 egg whites, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Flake salmon and remove bones.
    Separate eggs; beat whites and yolks, then fold whites into yolks.
    Add crackers, onions, then egg mixture and milk to salmon.
    Stir.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes until surface doesn't dent.
