"All You Need" Breakfast Drink - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 banana (very ripe), sliced
    1 carrot, sliced
    several dashes cinnamon
    1 c. vanilla flavored soy milk
    doz. raw almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender.
    Blend on high until all ingredients are pureed.
    Voila!
