Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cut up
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped (3 c.)
    1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
    1 medium carrot, chopped (1/2 c.)
    1 stalk celery, chopped (1/2 c.)
    4 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain bacon, reserving 3 tablespoons drippings in pan.
    Set bacon aside.
    Add chopped potatoes, onion, carrot and celery to bacon drippings. Cover and cook over low heat about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in the milk, salt and pepper; bring mixture to boiling.
