Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 egg
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Shape in patties.
In large skillet, melt butter and add cakes.
Brown on both sides.
