Mexican Quiche On Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. taco cheese or 2 c. Cheddar or 2 c. Monterey Jack
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. hot enchilada sauce
Preparation

Mix eggs in sauce.
Layer in 9 x 12-inch pan half the cheeses, all the sauce, then rest of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cut in squares.
Serve on tortilla chips.
