Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 big onion, chopped
    1/4 medium green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 large garlic clove, chopped
    3 (6 oz.) small cans tomato paste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Brown the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Drain grease, then add the remaining ingredients. Add 4 to 5 tomato paste cans of water.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent from sticking.
