Italian Beef Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli or spinach, cooked and drained (16 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
    1 small chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (6 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat, onion and mushrooms in oil.
    Spoon into 2-quart dish.
    Stir in broccoli, soup and sour cream.
    Pour over casserole; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
