Nannie'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. unsweet cocoa
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 cup hot coffee

Preparation

In mixing bowl add all ingredients above and mix for 10 minutes. Pour in 2 or 3, 9 inch cake pans and cook at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Cool 15 minutes.
