Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can drained sauerkraut
    1 large green pepper, chopped fine
    1 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, chopped fine (optional)
    1 small can drained pimento
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat cider vinegar and sugar to boil until sugar is
    dissolved.
    Cool and stir in vegetables.
    Will keep in refrigerator 3 weeks.
