Feather Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 TBSP. soft margarine
    1 TBSP sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. warm milk
    3-4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast in 1-1/4 c. warm water.
    Mix butter, salt, egg and milk in lrg. bowl and beat until smooth.
    Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
    Punch down again and make into rolls.
    Cover and let rise 30 min.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15-20 min.
