White Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. white Karo
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts or black walnuts
quartered candied cherries (optional)
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in pan.
Bring to boil, slowly stirring until sugar dissolves.
Boil without stirring over medium heat to 236\u00b0 on candy thermometer (soft ball stage).
Remove from heat.
Do not stir!
Let stand 15 minutes.
