Deitrich'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. chicken stock
2 c. heavy cream
8 Tbsp. or 1 stick butter
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. dry basil
1 tsp. granulated garlic
2 1/2 lb. potatoes
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine chicken stock, butter, sour
cream, heavy cream, milk, basil and garlic.
Heat until sauce thickens slightly.
Peel potatoes and slice 1/4-inch thick.
Butter 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole.
Place potatoes in dish.
Pour sauce over potatoes.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
