Jello And Fruit Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. strawberry sugar-free Jell-O
1 c. orange juice
ice cubes
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (8 oz.) tub Lite Cool Whip
Preparation

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl until dissolved. Mix cold juice and ice to make 1 1/2 cups. Stir into gelatin. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove 1 1/2 cups gelatin; stir in fruit. Stir 1/2 Cool Whip into remaining gelatin with wire whisk until blended.
Pour into 8-inch square dish. Refrigerate 10 minutes until set but not firm. Carefully spoon fruited gelatin over creamy layer in dish. Refrigerate 3 hours. Cut into squares. Put a spoonful of Cool Whip on top of Jell-O.
