Skillet Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. long grain rice
    2 small cooking apples
    12 oz. fully cooked boneless pork chops
    2 Tbsp. lower-calorie orange marmalade
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients in a large skillet.
    Stir in uncooked rice.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Core apples and cut into thin wedges.
    Stir apples into rice mixture.
    Place chops on top of rice mixture.
    Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until rice is tender and chops are heated through.
    Spread marmalade evenly over chops.
