Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. chili powder
country-style ribs
Preparation

While ribs are browning, simmer remaining ingredients for 15 minutes.
Buy country-style ribs.
Put ribs in shallow pan; do not cover.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup onions over ribs.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then pour sauce over ribs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Baste every 15 minutes.
Add hot water if sauce is too thick.
Cover last 30 minutes of baking.
