Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. basil leaves
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. pine nuts
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Drop basil in simmering water to tenderize; squeeze dry. Place all ingredients, except cream, in food processor or blender. Blend well.
    Lightly blend in cream must before serving.
    Toss with pasta.
